Receive student roster from the E 4 ME technology support person with names, IDs, and passwords
Prepare and send an internal Welcome e-mail for students
After students enter the course for the first time, greet them once again by sending an individual e-mail internal to the course
Prepare instructor autobiography and post to the discussion board
Reply to students’ first e-mail assignment, which asks them to explain whether they intend to complete the course for a certificate and how best you might help them to succeed in the course
Respond to students’ autobiographies and record completion in the Grade Book under the column labeled Autobiography
At the end of the first week, post question “Would I Be a Good e-Learner?” to the discussion board
At the end of the first week, reassure students of how they can strengthen their skills to be successful e-learners
At the end of the first week, send an external e-mail to those students who have not yet begun the course
At the end of the second week, send an external e-mail to those students who have not yet begun the course
Monitor student progress at least once a day
Grade essay portion of quizzes within 24 hours
Answer e-mail from students within 24 hours
Send encouraging e-mails when necessary
After conclusion of the course, record students’ Status --Complete, Non Complete,

After conclusion of the course, compile all of the students’ Catalog Search assignments into a single Word document and send it to the E 4 ME Program Coordinator.
